Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives broken, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photo or video proof showing the condition of the product and the packaging. Claims made after this time frame may not be accepted.

If the wrong item was sent, customers must provide proof (such as photos of the received item and order confirmation). In such cases, we will arrange an exchange only, not a refund.

For exchanges:

If the replacement item is higher in value, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the replacement item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be credited to the customer’s account for future purchases.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received to qualify for an exchange. Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect care, or normal wear after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers may be required to return the item before an exchange is processed, depending on the situation. Return shipping costs may apply unless the mistake was on our side.

We are not responsible for damages caused during installation, improper setup, or incorrect use of the product.
