Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, and other external factors. While we aim to deliver orders promptly, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct address and contact details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over for delivery, responsibility may transfer to the courier service. Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and report any damages within 24 hours, providing photo or video proof in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
